Geometric design reinterprets classics

Louis Poulsen relaunches the original 1940s chandelier, the Radiohua chandelier, under the name VL45 Radiohus. The Radiohua chandelier was designed for the Radiohuset building in Copenhagen. The VL45 Pendant Lamp retains the original design, contoured with soft arcs, breaking the linearity of the space, and is made of brass and mouth-blown glass. Decorated in a simple way, the chandelier complements today's furniture trends of modern design combined with time-tested classics.

Electroplating process presents the beauty of glass

The VL45 Pendant Light is composed of three layers of mouth-blown glass. The inner and outer layers are made of clear polished glass, while white glass is used as the middle layer. Use brass as the lamp wire to prevent the lampshade from shaking, not easily deformed, and build the lamp body, which is both beautiful and firm. The manufacture of plexiglass by modern electroplating processes makes it even better. The LED light source appears softer under the action of the transparent lampshade.
